Health and Safety
At Millbrook Property Services we take health and safety very seriously on every job we undertake.
Risk assessment and method statements are issued along with COSHH data information.
We are Registered Carriers of Controlled Waste under license from The Environment Agency under registration BLT/662458.
We work closely with an external health and safety advisory company ensuring our staff are up-to-date with all the latest regulations and training procedures.
We observe and work within the following Health & Safety regulations:
- Health & Safety at Work Act (1974)
- Construction (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations (1996)
- Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (1994)
- Personal Protective Equipment at Work Regulations (1992)
- COSHH (1988) - Control of Lead at Work Regulations (1980)
- Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations (1992)
- RIDDOR (1995)
We have a public liability of £5 million and an employer’s liability of £10 million.
